EXERCISE CLASSES

We work in association with Romsey Parkinsons Group and Romsey Arthritis Group running Aquatic Therapy exercise classes.    Please contact these groups directly for more information.

We run a Mobility class on a Friday afternoon, suitable for people seeking to improve their overall mobility.  The cost for this class is £8.50 per session.

We run a Back Fitness class on Thursday afternoon suitable for those who have attended our Back Fitness Programme and wish to continue  their treatment in the pool to improve their back fitness and strength.  The cost for this class is £8.50 per session.
